Our staff have qualifications in the majority of building construction and mechanical professions. In 2009, we employed 199 people (81 employees and 118 workers for various construction activities). We quickly react to the number and size of our projects and flexibly increase the number of our staff up to 500.

In the field defectoscopy, our staffs are certified to perform non-destructive testing of materials according to STN EN 473:
- radiographic testing - RT 2nd level
- thickness measuring via ultrasound - UTT
- capillary testing methods - PT 2nd level
- visual testing methods - VT 2nd level
- permeability testing - LT/AB 2nd level
- evaluation of radiograms and welded connections RT FAS
